If I eat “bad” food and drink alcohol and smoke occassionally how much time does that really take away from my life? Maybe I live to 70 being a pig and a drunkard well how long does the “healthy” person live? Maybe they live to 90. It is not like healthy people live to 200 or something. What is the real incentive for living a healthy lifestyle cuz lets face it, it aint longevity.
Good point Shlomo.
Thanks Ned.
Well, i could not agree more. For me and you it can add or subtract a few years but for others those extra years make a huge difference. I guess most people are simply in a state of denail regarding death. people know their day will come but always think it is some time in the distant future.
I would say live a good life for 60-70 years that is full of fun instead of an extended boring life.

This video is in response to a question I received:
“I’ve been very faithful and am over the induction flu, but now I don’t have ANY energy. I slept great last night and I feel like I could lay down right now and take a nap. I’m not skipping meals, I’m taking a multivitamin, and am drinking loads of water. What can I do to get my energy back up?”
My response to her was you are still early into the diet, so your body is still probably adjusting to the new diet. However, if you want to try something immediately, you might a couple supplements that worked for me.
