The healthy living program should be a preventive program to promote healthier eating habits, and active lifestyles. It should be instructed in parallel with pregnancy care programs and should be tied up to any type of welfare or social aid, that single or low-income families would apply for.
Good idea, and how about getting approval from the government before you can have a child and where you can live and what schools you can go to and what field of study you can take.

On television the word “junk food” appears often but suggestions of healthy nurishment are rare. What is your suggestion ?
Hummous is the best thing on earth. Put a (drained) can of chickpeas into a blender, add 2-3 tablespoons of OLIVE oil, one clove chopped garlic, and blend until pureed, adding water as you go if it gets to thick.
Then you can dip pieces of WHOLEWEAT pitta bread, sliced carrots or celery in it and it tastes fantastic.
Add garam masala, lemon juice, black pepper, and/or coriander leaves to the hummous for extra flavour.
