In the past medical professionals believed this process took nutrients from the child in you, however that isn’t the way it is. Even today there are people who believe this approach and they likely will dispute with you the entire time. You are the only one to make a decision you need to cease from breast feeding your toddler or not. Please don’t allow a different person take that decision in you life.

Good reasons to Cease from
Just a few reason behind why you may want to cease from breastfeeding might be in case you are experiencing constant drained of strength.

This past week in the Journal Pediatrics, researchers published an article about a relationship that has been determined between exposure to pesticides and attention deficit disorder in United States children. In order to determine this correlation, kids’ urine was tested for pesticide residue, and those that had the highest levels were shown to have increased chances of developing ADHD, a disease that is associated with trouble in learning at school. It is not clear if the kids were exposed to the pesticides in environmental factors such as drinking water or air, or in the food that they eat. It was concluded that pesticides were present in the urine of 94% of the 1,139 children tested.

Previous studies have shown that switching to organic fruits and vegetables drops levels of pesticide compounds in urine to undetectable or close to undetectable levels.

Your baby will be ready to eat solid food around the age of six months. This is when your baby’s mouth has changes and it will now be able to manage swallowing the food. It is also a good time to start feeding your baby solid food when they have reached double birth weight. This is similar to bibs frequently. Before this your baby’s digestive system had not been ready to digest the solid food.

You will need a few things before you start feeding your baby solid food like bibs, a bowl and spoon that is not breakable, and a food processor will come in handy.

The first solid food to try is baby rice, it is low in protein and it is not likely to cause any allergic reaction. Mix the rice with breast milk
