Anabolic cookbook is one of those things where the total influence it has primarily rests on other considerations.
Glimpse around and you’ll come across many kinds of diet cookbooks. A quick excursion to your bookstore will provide you with aisles and aisles of cookbooks that are meant to service a variety of diets whether you’re trying to stick to something like Weight Watchers or a Vegetarian diet–it is all there. As green tea intake increases, the degree of body fat in men and women, whether expressed as percent body fat or the ratio of waist circumference to hip circumference, decreases. Green tea aids to the maintenance of healthy body weight in many ways.
One of the least appreciated properties of green tea is its ability to limit the absorption of the fat taken in from the diet. Green tea catechins (especially EGCG) interfere with the lipase (fat-digesting) enzymes in the stomach and small intestine. The resulting incomplete digestion of fats produces some lipid droplets that are not able to enter intestinal cells and that therefore remain unabsorbed. These effects have produced significant decreases in the absorption of dietary fats by rats consuming green tea. While it is not known how effective green tea is in blocking fat absorption in humans, any interference with the normally (More...)

I want to send a care package over seas to a friend who is really low on money atm. What are some light weight foods that are actually nutritious? She doesn't need junk like ramen, but actual dinner meals. Any ideas?
I don't think you could find anything that your describing that isn't junk food. I guess you could do oatmeal, (don't forget the sugar) that's really nutritious, or granola bars or ricecakes. There are these packets of different kinds of pasta that you can buy, all you have to do is add milk but its not the healthiest thing…sorry I can't be of more help!

I am having problems getting my kids to eat anything that is healthy i need some ideas on some healthy foods that they might eat .
Seems like all children love pasta. Try whole grain pasta with sauce or even with just some olive oil and parmessan, my niece and nephew love the stuff. Apples with low-fat, low-sugar caramel sauce is a good idea, or use yogurt as a dip. Low-fat cheese sticks, baby carrots with dip, even the pre-packaged whole wheat crackers with peanut butter on them are good for a child. To get them to eat sandwiches use large cookie cutters to make them into shapes. Or one thing that never fails for my family: peel a banana, spread a little peanut butter on it, and let the kids "decorate" it with raisins. Quaker makes a good chewy, low-fat granola bar that's a good choice too. Good luck.
For breakfast, try the whole grain frozen waffles (low fat, high fiber), use fruit spread (sugar free) or splenda sweetened pancake syrup, or even cool whip works because it's basically sweetened air LOL. For desserts in our family, we sometimes have "Banana splits" with sugar free prepared pudding (either at home or store bought) or storebought low-fat frozen yogurt, then give 'em some fat-free cool whip and sprinkles to pile on. They'll have so much fun decorating they won't notice that it's low fat, low sugar and that you've been sneaky with the fruit and calcium.
