the healthiest option for bread is to buy a bag of flour and cook your own chappatie breads. These can be used for patties, sandwich or just eat piece by piece with something delicious and healthy like cooked tomotos, cooked meat, chicken etc.

yes, honey is really good for you and plus its sweeter than sugar and really nice.

also water is really good for you, and milk, and dates, bread, nuts. almond and cashew nuts are sooo nice and healthy. these should be snacks these days but we are bombarded and brainwashed to eat rubbish things.

In no way shape or form fats or any other fat besides trans fat is bad for you, its the excessive sugar/carbs that make it bad! its all about balance. eat your meat and fats, with low carb veggies, then on weekends eat you low fat high carb fruits ect, then you should be good!
