    My suggestion…Fresh fruit, oatmeal with some cinnamon and fresh fruit, FRESH orange juice…no sugar, fried food or butter. Processed or refined foods should be avoiced. Love this video! 5 stars

    i’m sure soy is way better for you than cow milk… you missed my comparison, even with the estrogen thing going on

    we got a line of choices, cow milk, goat milk, soy milk, and almond milk, i havnt tried almond milk, ill get it next time i shop

    SOY IS BAD!!! It raises estrogen in your system.

    Almond milk is the answer. If you have a health food store in your area, they will most likely sell it. If you have a Trader Joe’s in your area, they DO sell it.

    If you don’t believe me, I don’t care.

    I was listening to …
    I was listening to a radio show in NY few years back. They said, that Soy products are not safe to use, since soy in USA is genetically modified. The man said that all the genetically modified foods leave some type of protein in the body, which keeps reproducing itself….
    Do you guys know anything about this?!

    I make smoothies all the time and actually I find that they satisfy hunger pretty well because they give your body a lot of nutrients it needs. Plus they are so yummy :)

    AVOID Soymilk …
    AVOID Soymilk unless it’s Organic BUT even then DONT consider it a HEALTH food. NO GOVERNMENT in the worlds classifies SOY as a Health Food. RAW MILK is best…
