It is easy to know the benefits of eating healthier. Just by changing one meal a day can yield a better diet. Eating right is always something to consider, but so are the times you eat.
While it may be hard to avoid, eating large meals later in the day is not the best option. You will be consuming calories and not be able to burn them off the later you eat in the day. Pregnant women struggle with a lot of issues while they’re pregnant and even after giving birth. Women have to deal with various things such as swollen ankles, hurting backs, mood swings, and clothes that no longer fit. Following birth, she’s trying to get her figure back, being sleep deprived, dealing with postpartum blues, trying to take care of the needs of the rest of her family, and feeling like she’s inadequate. Then, all of a sudden, her hair is falling out making her look like a picked chicken, and it’s almost the last straw.
